What we're looking for
We are looking for a Junior Accountant with experience in accounting and administrative activities to join our team, primarily supporting the E-commerce area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate management of accounting and administrative activities, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with applicable tax and statutory regulations.
The role will report directly to the Head of Administration / CFO.

Key responsibilities
- Manage general accounting activities, with a preference for experience in accounts receivable / the sales cycle
- Collaborate with the Administration team in managing tax and VAT-related activities connected to E-commerce operations
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Service team
- Prepare monthly reports and perform data analysis
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within structured organizations
- Good knowledge of general accounting principles and tax compliance requirements
- Good command of major accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, is considered a plus
- Accuracy, autonomy, proactivity, and a strong ability to work as part of a team
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
