What we're looking for
We are looking for a full-time sales assistant to join our team in Milan. The candidate will be a point of reference for customers, offering attentive and friendly service and making the shopping experience pleasant and in line with expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting customers in choosing products
- Managing sales and transactions
- Restocking shelves
- Taking care of the sales area so that it is always tidy and welcoming.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and customer orientation
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Experience in assisted sales and retail
- Passion for fashion
- Reliability, availability, and flexibility to work shifts and weekends
- Ability to work in a team
